What are the most common questions customers ask about your baskets or kits?
Customers frequently ask:

- Do we do bulk orders/ single pastry order?
We do make some gluten free baskets, but only by request.
We normally make the wicker baskets out of bamboo due to its sturdiness, but also beneficial factors such as lightweight and flexibility.
We do make bulk orders but that will push out your shipping time depending if we have an influx of orders. We also do single product orders, if included in our customization notes of the product.
What hesitations might customers have before buying a basket or kit from Spooky Sins?
Some common hesitations include concerns about products arriving stale or crumbled during shipping. For DIY kits, customers may worry about missing pieces that would prevent them from completing the kit as intended.
We can't protect the products throughout the entire trip as much as we'd like to, to give you the best delivery. If your product does come open on arrival, or the basket is not satisfactory, contact us so we can help with fixing it!
Can customers customize their baskets or kits? What are the most common customization requests?
Yes, customers can customize their baskets. Our kits will be varying in sizes. Customers commonly customize the types of baked goods included in their baskets, often swapping items at little to no additional cost, depending on the specific changes.
You can customize your baskets by swapping out one baked good for another. The DIY kits are a little harder to customize due to them being prepackaged before shipment
What are the most important things customers should know about shipping, delivery, or preparation?
We take extra care to ensure all kits are securely packaged to prevent any loss of pieces during transit. If you experience any issues, such as missing pieces or a damaged basket upon arrival, please contact us. We are committed to finding a satisfying solution to retain your business.
